We were blown away by the diversity, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking in the submissions for the second Chairman’s Global Excellence Awards. With the bar set very high the previous year, the response for this time around did not fail to impress.
We received 205 nominations from 34 for individuals and 171 teams across 10 countries. Our colleagues in Poland and UAE participated for the first time, and Australia retained its spot for the most nominations submitted, and we saw significant increase in submissions from the UK and the US. In terms of categories, Change – Evolution was the most popular, with Small Project, Big Change, close behind.

What happens next?
Sanjeev and the Global ExCo will now review all 27 finalists and select ten winners – nine category winners, and one overall Shine Award winner – to be announced during our Chairman’s Global Excellence Awards event. We’ll share more details on the event and how you can be involved in the celebration in the coming weeks – so stay tuned.
