Introducing the Be GFG Safe Way

This week leaders across GFG will have a new tool to help leaders across our businesses understand, navigate, and implement our Be GFG Safe approach and achieve our goal of world-class safety excellence by 2025.

Last year we launched the Be GFG Safe safety strategy and our GFG Life Savers (our life saving behaviours for our workplaces) because we want our people and all members of the GFG family to be safe, always. And we believe that every employee should be able to return home fit and well at the end of each workday.

The launch of the new Be GFG Safe Way manual builds on this strategy by giving leaders a simple, easy-to-use tool that covers enabling performance, critical incident prevention, interdependent safety culture, and being fit for work and fit for life (which also includes mental health and wellbeing).

The Be GFG Safe Way is a manual that supports leaders across GFG to understand, communicate, and implement our safety vision. In essence, it’s our roadmap to safety excellence.
